INFORMATION
Shipping and delivery
We have a shipping fee of R95 nationwide using Fastway couriers as our shipping partner.
The delivery times occur during working hours during the week.
We will send a confirmation email with the delivery date.
Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of our personalised products, we have a no-returns policy.
Prior to any item being manufactured we will request a formal artwork approval thus all
personalised items are therefore final sale.
Lead times
We will be in communication with you once the order has been placed.
Our artwork lead time is currently 7 days with a manufacturing lead time of 7 days after the artwork
has been formally approved by email.
We will however strive to fulfil the orders soonest.
